Fitness is a huge part of our lives! 3 of us are Les Mills instructors and enjoy sharing our passion with others! Since exercise is such a critical part of wellness, we find ways to sneak it in to our crazy schedule! We enjoy pretty much everything from working out, dancing, paddle boarding, bike riding, hiking, skating, mudruns, beach activities, running, yard work, etc. Exercise has many benefits such as: improving memory, thinking, and reduce the risk of cognitive decline and dementia. It can lower the risk of heart disease and stroke. It can improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and reduce feelings of depression. It can help build stronger bones and improve your balance to lower the risk of falls. It can help keep your immune system healthy to make it easier to fight disease . Exercise can promote collagen production and boost blood flow, which nourishes skin cells with oxygen and nutrients. And it can help you sleep better and give you more energy. With all of these benefits, incorporating exercise seems to be a no-brainer! Let's get it!!!
